Types of Lining:

Full-Length Liner
This method will install a new cured pipe within the entire length of the original existing host pipe, completely replacing it.

Part-Length Liner
This method will install a part length cured in place pipe to only a section of the original existing host pipe replacing only the defective section/s.

Localised Patch Repairs
This method is typically used to repair only a small section or sections of defective original existing pipework.

Drain Re-Lining

Relining of the defective pipework is the most cost effective, least disruptive and fastest method to repair pipework.

Full length, part length and localised patch repairs can be installed to repair/replace defective pipework. Lengths and type of liner necessary can be specified after inspection of the subject pipework

Pitch Fibre Repairs

Pitch fibre has a series of downfalls and problems. To start, the life expectancy for the material is at a measly 40 years. As older homes have now become more desirable for the younger house buyer, drainage companies are seeing more and more people contact them for pitch fibre drain repairs than ever.

Due to wear and tear and the general low quality of the material, pitch fibre drains eventually collapse inwards. This, in turn, delaminates the interior of the pipe, meaning hot water, fat and grease can quickly damage the pipe further.

Constant contact with hot water can also cause blistering and deformation. For piping that is purely for water drainage purposes, this is less than ideal!

What We Can Do:

To restore your pitch fibre pipework, we will insert a re-rounding tool into your drainage system and pull it through the Deformed section of paperwork.

This restores its previously round shape. After completing the process, carry out high-pressure water jetting to remove any loose debris from within the system And then insert the appropriate diameter drain liner into the inside of the pipe to restore its strength and integrity

We Deal With:

  • New drainage installations
  • Septic tanks
  • Soak aways
  • 24/7 emergency repairs

New Drainage Installations

Whether the reason for a new drainage installation Is to repair a faulty section of pipework or The installation of an entirely new drainage Drainage System The processes are the same. We adhere to the very highest professional standards and have extensive knowledge of the important rules and regulations surrounding drainage installation.

We also use top of the range techniques, technology, and materials to make sure your drainage is of the highest quality and will last you for many years to come.

Root Cutting

One of the most common causes of damage to drains is ingress by tree roots. Roots damage pipes in a number of ways, and can cause blocked drains. Removing tree roots in drains is usually the easiest and most cost-effective way to address this problem.

How it Works

Once the roots have been successfully removed, a localised patch liner can be installed to the defective joint, This no method of “no dig” drain repair will correct any damage caused by the root ingress and also prevent any unwanted roots entering the pipework

Routine maintenance

The thought of blocked drains can be daunting, especially if your drainage system has a bad history with recurring blockages. By carrying out regular routine maintenance using high-pressure water jetting And CCTV look-see inspections, we can prevent the recurrence of blockages, reduce odours, and extend the lifespan of sewer systems.

CCTV Drainage Surveys

CCTV drainage surveys save time by assessing the effectiveness of the drain system you have currently in place. When they have access to your drains, your local engineer will insert a small high-tech camera inside, which will then capture real-time drain camera survey footage. Once we assess the CCTV drain inspection footage, we can produce a drain camera survey report with repair recommendations.
